Scan the aunty badge first, then the tote. You can also enter an aunty number or tote number.
Create QR labels
The QR permanently identifies the physical tote and the facility it belongs to — meaning whose flower goes in it. Boxes travel (an ESG tote can sit at NLT while NLT processes ESG flower), but a tote only ever holds its own facility's flower. Lot, strain and grow room are assigned each time it is used.

Rooms
The five standard rooms exist at every facility. If one facility has another — ESG's Storage S1 Room, say — add it here and it appears in that facility's checkpoints, sensors and target ranges. Leave the facility blank for a room every facility has.
Strain color settings
Choose one color for each strain. Everyone will see the same colors on the Totes page.
Sign-in access
New users appear here after their first sign-in. Choose which sites they may use, then approve them.
Backups & weekly summary
Every night at 2 am the whole Google Sheet is copied into your Google Drive — the last 7 nights are always kept, plus a permanent copy on the 1st of each month. Every Monday at 6 am last week's summary goes to your alert email.
People — names, and what each person can see
Every address the app has seen is listed. Type a name and it replaces the email everywhere — Records, the activity log and this page. Leave one blank to keep showing the address.
Untick a tab to hide it from that person, and untick lb to hide every pound figure from them. You are never restricted. This hides things in the app; for a hard boundary give that person the trimming-crew or room-monitor link instead (see the README).
Tick “Default Chinese” to open the app in Chinese whenever that user signs in. They can still switch languages at any time.
Activity log — every change and who made it
Append-only: entries are never edited or removed, and the sheet keeps two years. Deleting a checkpoint in Records is itself recorded here, with everything the deleted record contained.
Who is using it
Counts every time the page is opened, and shows a green dot while someone has it open. Identity is verified by Supabase sign-in.
Sensors
Rename a sensor, or move it to another room or facility, right here — the name is yours, not Govee's, and its past readings are relabelled with it. The Govee API cannot tell where a sensor physically is, so the room is always yours to set. "Find Govee sensors" handles the rest: a sensor that changed Govee account follows its key, and one that is no longer in any account is switched off with its history kept.

Facilities
A "flower source only" facility is one whose flower we process but where we don't work: it appears under "Source facility" and in report filters, never as a room, sensor or tote home. The list is shared with everyone signed in.
